A Helpful Guide on Tiger Rice Cookers
February 9th, 2010 by VD

Healthy food is definitely one of my pastimes, but in that same note, I don’t want to spend a lot of time in my kitchen. Perhaps you have the same views on this, and if that is the case it would be a good idea to look at the various models of Tiger Rice Cookers (such as this great model: Tiger JNP 1800). These are great for making the rice you want, and making it so that you can eat it for the whole day.

I have really enjoyed using my Tiger Rice Cooker that I bought last Christmas as the quality is just superb. Yes it may not be cheap, but it is well worth the difference in price when compared to my old rice cooker the one that I ended up giving away after only a few months.

When I got rid of my old rice cooker I replaced it with one of the most recommended Tiger Rice Cookers I could find that was most suitable for my budget and requirements. I paid just under $120 for it, but the difference in quality is very easy to see and taste.

When I make rice, I want it to be fluffy, I want it to be light. Can the Tiger Rice Cooker deliver on those points? It absolutely can.

I use the rice cooker that I have approximately three days per week, and the one thing that I really like about it is that I can put the rice in it before work, and the Tiger Rice Cooker is able to finish cooking it approximately fifteen minutes later. This makes it a great choice for lunch.

Some days you may not have a lot of time, and these are the times that you can depend on the Tiger Rice Cooker to keep your rice at the right temperature, and ensure that it still tastes good. You will be able to prepare dinner rather quickly after work by using this device.

The Tiger Rice Cooker was created in Japan, and they have gained a reputation like no other rice cooker in the industry. My Tiger Rice Cooker was recommended to me by a friend, who had gotten over eight years of use out of her Tiger Rice Cooker.

You are looking at around $100-$120 for the Tiger Rice Cookers, which to me is very reasonable. My budget rice cooker cost me less than half that, but it made rice I often ended up giving to my dog. The rice would normally be sticky and clumpy and no better than cooking it in a pan of boiling water. If you want to pay a bit more you can get one that has more capacity.

If you want a fantastic rice cooker that will be with you for a very long time, that is non-stick, and of course will make fantastic tasting rice that will stay warm all day long, then Tiger Rice Cookers are what I thoroughly recommend.

If you are uncertain of which Tiger Rice Cooker to go for then the most essential factor for me was not just the brand name, but also the size of the rice cooker. The Tiger rice cookers typically go from 3 cup up to 20 cup and cost between $100 and $300.
